ABOUT ME

Meet Russ

It’s time to start healing, truly living, and embodying your whole self

Let’s be honest. You’re carrying a lot right now. And you probably have been for a long time.

Maybe you’re struggling to heal from trauma.

Perhaps you constantly feel mad at yourself and burnt out as you navigate relationships and day-to-day activities with ADHD.

You might need somewhere safe to process spiritual or religious abuse or trauma.

Maybe you want to bring your faith to your healing process because healing would feel incomplete without it.

You’re in the right place. And I’m so glad you’re here.

My clients call me real, compassionate, and open.

I work with you and for you. I help you own your story, ask hard questions, learn new things, and create the healing you deserve. The best way I know how to do that is to show up as myself. As I own who I am in the room, with all my expertise, skills, quirks, personal experiences, and mistakes, my clients feel empowered to unlock and embody who they are.

You are NOT your trauma, your past, your ADHD, your spiritual abuse, or whatever else. Those are things that travel with you. Together, we can help you learn how to take back power in your life and create the life you want and need.

“As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

— Marianne Williamson —

My goal is to help you build an empowered life where you have the power to meet challenges head on and overcome them.

Is it easy? No. Does it mean you’ll never face difficulty or heartache again? Definitely not.

But is it worth it? … … … Hell, yeah.

I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, ADHD, spiritual abuse, and spiritually integrated therapy. I’ve got the expertise you deserve. You also deserve to know you’re working with someone who gets it.

I’ve been there, and I’m sorry. For a long time, I carried the perfectionism, shame, self-hatred, constant anxiety, sadness, and longing that things could “just be better,” or at least that I could be “normal.” Add my ADHD brain to the mix and it was a rollercoaster.

And I’ve come out the other side with the empathy, tools, training, and lived experience to help you work through it, too. With me, you don’t just get a trained therapist. You get someone who truly just gets it.
